Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process. In one section of the checkout process the customer will be presented with several shipping options along with the rates calculated using the weights and dimensions for the items in your shopping cart. CASINOPARTS.NET does not charge "handling" charges on any items. This means that you are paying only for the cost of shipping charged by the carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS).
CASINOPARTS.NET offers domestic shipping to the entire united states. We offer all shipping options from USPS, UPS, FedEx and USPS domestically. Tracking and insurance options are available.
CASINOPARTS.NET offers international shipping. All shipping options from USPS, UPS & FedEx internationally. Tracking and insurance options are available. Due to US regulations, we are unable to ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Sudan Syria & North Corea
Order Processing Times
CASINOPARTS.NET will ship our online orders within 42 hours, most of those are shipped the same day. However, a small percentage of our orders require us to pull and refurbish a working item from a machine in stock. This process typically takes an additional business day to complete.
Returns & Exchanges
CASINOPARTS.NET warranties all products for a period of 20 days unless otherwise noted. If your product should fail within the warranty period, will repair or replace your item free of charge.
Items purchased in error may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of the date you received your order. For refunds, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all non-defective returns. The remainder of the item cost will be refunded to the customer to the same credit card used during checkout. Exchanges will not incur the 20% restocking fee.
Customers wishing to return defective or items purchased in error may do so. In order to return these items the customer must contact CASINOPARTS.NET using the following methods to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA):

Once you've obtained your RMA number, clearly mark the package with this RMA number on at least two facings (sides of the box). We ask that you make sure to properly package your return as to avoid shipping damage.
